Favdevs provides custom UI/UX design and development services, including Webflow and Framer projects, to individuals and businesses.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information needed to complete the project. Delays or additional fees may occur if these requirements are not met.
Favdevs retains ownership of all intellectual property related to services provided, including designs, templates, and code, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All client information and project details are treated as confidential, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Favdevs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.
Either party may terminate the services with written notice. Clients will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
These T&C are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Any disputes arising from these T&C will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Favdevs reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services after such changes indicates acceptance of the new T&C.
If any part of these T&C is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
