2. Custom Design and Development Services
Refunds for custom design and development services are offered under the following conditions:
If the service has not started, a full refund can be issued upon request.
If the service is in progress, a prorated refund may be issued based on the work completed.
No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed and delivered.
